導山對每一款茶的品質都有把握。若您收到的商品有任何問題,我們很樂意協助處理。以下是退換貨的相關規定,請您在申請前先行閱讀。

We stand behind every tea we offer. If something isn't right with your order, we're here to make it right. Please read the following before submitting a request.

鑑賞期與申請期限

Return Window

依據《消費者保護法》第 19 條,您享有收到商品後 7 天的鑑賞期(含例假日)。鑑賞期並非試用期,商品須保持全新未拆封狀態方可申請退貨。

逾期恕不受理退換貨申請。

Under Article 19 of Taiwan's Consumer Protection Act, you have 7 days from the date of receipt (including holidays) to request a return. This is a review period, not a trial period — items must remain unopened and in original condition.

Requests submitted after this window will not be accepted.

不接受退換貨的情況

Non-Returnable Items

以下情況恕無法受理退換貨申請:

  • 已開封的茶葉(真空封裝一經拆封,即無法確保品質)
  • 客製化禮盒(含刻字、訂製包裝或指定組合)——不論是否開封,一律不接受退換
  • 非商品本身瑕疵所導致的損壞(如運輸途中的人為不當處置)
  • 超過 7 天鑑賞期的申請

茶葉屬食品類商品,開封後品質難以驗證,恕不接受退換。客製化禮盒因具有專屬性,完成後即無法轉售,故不論開封與否皆不受理退換。若您對商品有任何疑問,歡迎購買前先聯絡我們。

As tea is a perishable food item, quality cannot be verified once opened. Customised gift boxes are made to order and cannot be resold — they are therefore non-returnable regardless of whether they have been opened. Please contact us before purchasing if you have any questions.

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Opened tea (once the vacuum seal is broken, quality can no longer be guaranteed)
  • Customised gift boxes (including engraved, custom-packaged, or specially assembled orders) — non-returnable regardless of whether opened
  • Damage not caused by a product defect (e.g. improper handling during transit)
  • Requests submitted after the 7-day window

Refund issued

退貨運費由買方自行負擔,除非商品本身有瑕疵或出貨錯誤。退款將以原付款方式退回,處理時間約 5–7 個工作天。

Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility, unless the item is defective or the wrong product was sent. Refunds are issued via the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.

Replacement shipped

因商品瑕疵或出貨錯誤導致的換貨,運費由導山全額負擔。換貨以相同品項為原則;若庫存不足,將優先以退款處理。

For exchanges due to a product defect or fulfilment error, all shipping costs are covered by Dao Mount. Exchanges are processed for the same item; if stock is unavailable, a full refund will be issued instead.

Shipping Costs

  • 一般退貨(買方因個人因素):退貨運費由買方負擔
  • 商品瑕疵或出貨錯誤:來回運費由導山全額負擔
  • 原始運費(訂單出貨費用)恕不退還
  • General returns (buyer's change of mind): return shipping paid by buyer
  • Defective item or fulfilment error: all shipping costs covered by Dao Mount
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
