We offer the following shipping options at checkout:

  • T-Cat — door-to-door delivery with selectable time slots; ideal for gifts
  • Taiwan Post — domestic and outlying island coverage
  • EMS International — for overseas orders; rates and delivery times vary by destination. Please contact us for a quote.

國際訂單請先透過聯絡頁面詢問運費，我們將根據目的地國家與商品重量提供報價，確認後再進行結帳。

For international orders, please contact us first for a shipping quote. We will calculate the rate based on destination and package weight before proceeding to checkout.

  • Domestic flat rate: NT$150
  • Free shipping on orders over NT$1,000
  • International: rate provided upon inquiry

出貨時間

Processing & Dispatch

出貨時間依商品類型而異：

  • 現貨商品：付款確認後 1–3 個工作天內出貨
  • 限量 / 預購商品：出貨時程另行通知，我們會在訂單成立後以 Email 說明預計出貨日

限量茶款因採季節性生產，部分品項需待採收後方可出貨。我們會於訂單頁面及 Email 中提前告知預計時程，請放心等候。

Limited-release teas are produced seasonally. Some items may require additional time after harvest before dispatch. Expected timelines are noted on the product page and confirmed by email after your order is placed.

  • In-stock items: dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation
  • Limited / pre-order items: dispatch timeline communicated by email after the order is placed

配送時程

Estimated Delivery Times

  • 台灣本島：出貨後約 1–3 個工作天送達
  • 離島（澎湖、金門、馬祖）：出貨後約 3–5 個工作天，視郵政班次而異
  • 國際 EMS：依目的地國家，約 5–14 個工作天，海關作業可能影響時程

以上為預估時間，實際配送天數可能因物流狀況、假日或不可抗力因素而有所差異。

  • Taiwan mainland: approx. 1–3 business days after dispatch
  • Outlying islands (Penghu, Kinmen, Matsu): approx. 3–5 business days, subject to postal schedules
  • International EMS: approx. 5–14 business days depending on destination; customs clearance may affect timing

Delivery estimates are indicative only and may vary due to carrier conditions, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

收件注意事項

Upon Receiving Your Order

  • 收到包裹時，請先確認外箱是否完整，如有明顯損毀請拍照留存，並於 7 天內聯絡我們
  • 若因地址填寫錯誤或無人收件導致包裹退回，重寄運費由買方負擔
  • 國際訂單可能產生目的地國家的關稅或進口稅，相關費用由收件人自行負擔
  • Upon receiving your parcel, please check the outer packaging for damage. If damaged, photograph it immediately and contact us within 7 days
  • If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, re-shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility
  • International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes in the destination country; these are the recipient's responsibility
